The King Midget Kit Car Prototype has been Completed. We took it to the International King Midget Jamboree with good reactions. This Winter we will be busy drawing up the Blue Prints and putting the Plans together. Early next Year we'll start sending out Packets of Information to People on our Mailing List for the new Car. To Place your Name on the Mailing list simply Call or E-Mail us and we will be glad to send you one.
The Kit Car will use most of the original model 3 body panels and retain the same look as the model 3. Some improvements over the original are: Independent Front Suspension, Rack N'Pinion Steering, Disc Brakes, Bucket Seats with Headrests, and a Roll Bar. Basically we plan to build the Rolling Chassis and you can assemble the rest. We estimate the Final Kit Price around $7,000 to $9,000. You will be able to install your own Choice of Engine, anything over 150cc. Some possiblites we've Considered are Bio-Diesel, Electric Motors, Motorcycle Engines, and Standard Briggs & Straton, Honda, Kohler small V-Twin Engines.
